John is an archaeologist, researcher, lecturer and tour guide. He has an interest in all periods of archaeology and in particular the Neolithic, Roman and the contemporary archaeology of the 20th century.

He is also a Chartered Engineer and enjoys combining a passion for technology with the archaeology of the industrial past.

Projects include research into the Conflict Landscapes of Southern Jordan and the Great Arab Revolt Project.
